Welcome to the RooRez housing portal! Whether you are a new student at the start of your college experience, a transfer student beginning your journey at UMKC, or a returning student ready to create more memories in the halls, we welcome you to our community.
Summer 2024 Contract Dates
- Contract will open February 1st, 2024 at noon
- Hospital Hill Summer Student Floor: 2nd Floor
- Johnson Hall Summer Student Floor: 4th Floor
- Oak Street Hall is not open for the Summer of 2024
Academic Year 2024-2025 Contract Dates
- Contract opened on Friday, December 1st, 2023 at noon CST
- February 1st, 2024: Priority Deadline for returning students
- March 11th, 2024: Priority Deadline for new students
- April 1st, 2024: Deadline for returning students to get a volker campus prefence. After April 1st, 2024 all returning and transfer students will be placed in Hospital Hill Apartments.
- April 1st, 2024: First set of assignments are out for students who completed contracts by March 11th.
- May 1st, 2024: Second set of assignments are out for students who complete contracts by April 25th, 2024.
- June 1st, 2024: Third set of assignments are out for students who complete contracts by May 25th, 2024.
